Jared Christie, Host
Jared has been producing television with Ron Schara Productions for 10 years. Today, he’s the Managing Producer of all 9 Ron Schara Production's TV shows. As Managing Producer Jared oversees the productions of: Destination Polaris, Minnesota Bound, Due North Outdoors, Made For The Outdoors, Rooster Tales, Backroads with Ron & Raven, FOXPRO's Furtakers, The Flush, and Machinery Pete.
Jared is also the Host of the hit series Destination Polaris, airing on Fox Sports Networks. The show is now in its 6th year of production and shows no signs of slowing down.
Prior to taking on his role as Managing Producer Jared was the primary producer for History Channel’s Monster Quest. During this time Jared traveled the world in search of various creatures like Bigfoot and Sasquatch. His travels took him to Africa, China, Japan, Indonesia, Australia and Europe.
Before moving to MN Jared lived in San Diego where he went to San Diego St. and has a degree in Journalism. Jared is married to Melissa and they have two dudes Beckett and Carter.
Lindsey Hayes, Host
Lindsey’s passion is sharing people’s stories and highlighting - all that the outdoors has to offer. The Wisconsin native grew up on a hobby farm where she learned how to drive tractor, ATV's, bail hay, hunt and fish.
Her broadcast skill set is diverse. Lindsey has 8+ years of experience working in news, sports and outdoor television. Lindsey has anchored, hosted, reported and produced throughout the Midwest including Northland Adventures, Big Ten Network, FOX Sports North/Wisconsin and FOX Sports Detroit.
Lindsey joined Ron Schara Productions in December of 2014 and jumped right on board the Destination Polaris team, co-hosting with Jared Christie.
Lindsey is an avid angler and deer hunter. She also played DII collegiate soccer at Southwest Minnesota State University and enjoys running, hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking. Her love for the outdoors stems from family tradition. Lindsey’s grandpa taught her how to fish and her dad showed her the ropes in the woods. He was sitting with her when she harvested her first buck at age 12. To her, outdoor adventures are all about making memories with family and friends.
Josh Bryant, Photographer, Photographer, Editor
Josh Bryant has been working as a photojournalist since his graduation from Lyndon State College in 2009. Born in New Hampshire, Josh has moved from New England, to New Mexico, to Minnesota, and has been with Ron Schara Productions ever since.
Josh was a photojournalist for WMUR-TV in New Hampshire before becoming a photojournalist and helicopter photographer in New Mexico for two years. When he is not in his Ron Schara Productions office in Golden Valley he enjoys photography, making short films, climbing, and running.
Gram Krause, Photographer, Editor
Gram Krause is a Minnesota native out of Duluth, graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2011. After working as a photojournalist for three years at WDIO-TV news in Duluth, he moved to Colorado Springs to continue his photojournalism career at KRDO-TV. Gram now contributes to Ron Schara Productions as a photojournalist and editor, spending countless days in the field chasing the elusive Polaris machines.
Gram is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing and playing basketball with coworkers in the back parking lot at work.
Eric Andersen, Photographer, Editor, Graphics
Eric Parker Andersen is an Emmy - Award wining Director, Cameraman, Editor, Motion Graphic Artist, and Underwater DP; he has worked on everything from brand-name commercials to video games, and from TV photojournalism to travel shows (as well as documentary and feature films). Before finding his home at Ron Schara Productions, Eric put in a decade as a TV news shooter covering everything from the heartwarming to the heart wrenching, and he also spent a decade devoted to managing his own production company.
