Alaska - Anchorage

If you are looking for a mountain journey, there might not be a better location than Alaska.  We've visited many Alaskan locations during our travels, but Anchorage is one worthy of your ATV trip.  Here are the places we think you should check out if you want to head that way.

The Millenium Hotel sits on the edge of a small river and lake Hood which has the busiest floatplane business in the world.  Take a flight, or try river rafting at these locations.

• Take a floatplane flight at the Anchorage Sea Plane Base
• Go whitewater rafting at the Chugach Outdoor Center
